With 38 years of experience in the catering industry. I opened my first eatery in 2008, followed by a second location three years later. Wanting to expand, I went on to open Dub Kitchen in Southend in 2019, during COVID. After quickly outgrowing the original space, we needed to expand to a larger kitchen and opened our Chelmsford site in 2025.

Our food is inspired by the Caribbean and rooted in family. My mum was a chef, originally from Jamaica, and that’s where my passion began. I love bold, tasty flavours, great food done the right way, and service that leaves a lasting impression.

At the heart of everything we do is professionalism, consistency, and care. We focus on strong presentation, inviting spaces, and reliable service. I believe food can always evolve and improve, and I’m deeply involved in ensuring standards are maintained every day. For me, this journey has always been about pride in the work, attention to detail, and proving what’s possible through consistency and commitment.
